Depression

Humans were never created for the devastating, poorly nourished, socially isolated, mentally ill life.
Depression is much more than just feeling sad or lonely.
Depression is a medical condition that negatively affects a persons energy, sleep, vitality and behaviour.
Depression is a leading cause of disability and illnesses around the world.
Approximately 280 million people in the world are suffering from depression.
Depression is sometimes triggered by different medical conditions like heart disease, cancer and diabetics but it's more dangerous than all this medical conditions if not treated.
It is sometimes caused by events in your life, your environment and others by chemical changes in the brain.
Depression is difficult to diagnose in teens because we are expected to be moody sometimes and in an adolescent age, it's difficult because they don't understand their feeling and don't know how to express it. All we have to do is speak ourselves because we can conquer depression by speaking up

Find your name and find your voice by speaking yourself 👌
