Mental Health
Mental Health according to the WHO is defined as a state of wellbeing in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.
Mental health is the absence of Mental Disorder.
Mental Disorder is an illness that affects a persons thinking, feeling and behavior.
Over the years Mental Disorder has taken a toil in the life's of Children, Teenagers and Adults around the world leading them into Depression and sometimes Suicide.
Each year 1million people commits suicide and 10-20 million people attempts suicide around the world.
Mental Health is real, It's Important and it's Changeable.
