Anxiety is the brain's natural response to stress and alerting you of potential danger ahead. It is a normal feeling of nervousness or anxiousness but when it differs into excessive fear or worry, it's known as Anxiety Disorder
Anxiety Disorder is a mental health condition that involves excessive, unrealistic worry and tension with a little or no reason. It is an uncontrollable feeling of anxiety and fear such that the persons social, occupational and personal function are significantly impaired. It is a feeling of worry, nervousness and uneasiness.
Anxiety Disorder is a normal feeling that causes increase in alertness, fear and physical signs such as rapid heart rate or shortness of breath.
Anxiety Disorder is one of the most common mental illness that affects nearly 30% of adults at some point in their lives.
COMMON SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY DISORDER
* Fear
* Panic
* Dizziness
* Rumination
* Shortness of breath
* Inability to concentrate
* Dry mouth
