PANIC DISORDER

        PANIC DISORDER is a mental and behavioral disorder, specially an anxiety disorder characterized by unexpected and repeated episodes of intense fear and panic attacks.
          Anxiety Disorder is a mental health condition that involves excessive, unrealistic worry and tension with a little or no reason.
           Fear is an unpleasant, natural, powerful and primitive human emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger. 
           Panic Attack is an abrupt surge of intense onset of distress or fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no apparent cause.

* Trembling or Shaking
* Tingling or Numb hands 
* Nausea

* Sweating

CAUSES OF PANIC DISORDER

* Low self esteem
* Excessive Caffeine intake 
* Lack of assertiveness
* Chronic Physical illness 

    With the right treatment and counselling, Panic Disorder can be managed and it can gradually be cured.
